This natural processed coffee from Raul Assunção Pinto’s Moinho farm, features bourbon and catigua varietals that deliver a delicate caramel sweetness up front and a smooth nutty finish. We roast this coffee a little darker to accentuate the inherent cocoa and brown sugar flavors we love in traditional Brazilian coffees.
